Carrera Ground wire that runs behind gas tank?
Does anyone know what the ground wire is for that runs behind the fuel tank? It is actually grounded on the inside fender wall right near the fuse block? It seems to disappear into the smugglers box area....?
Thanks -

Ground.
That is the location for Gounding Point 104.
Check your Bentley wiring diagram. It could be for the evaporator blower. Good luck, Gerry

No my battery is in the smugglers box with a WEVO holder, using a grounding post in there.
There seems to be another compartment in between the smugglers box and the wall of the trunk where it goes as it does not pop out in the smugglers box. I was thinking it was the ground for the fuel pump. Most electrical accessories are out of my car - save headlights etc...just trying to cut down on wiring that is not needed.
