Stupid Question...

What does SWB and RoW stand for?

Augustus 12-15-2011 07:45 PM

SWB---short wheel base--64-68 911
ROW---rest of world

So when people say they have an RoW 911 its a 'rest of world 911'? ie. just non-north american?

there is a thread on acronyms - if you use that term in a search

there is also a thread on P AG's use of project numbers

a 912 is a 911 body with a 4 cyl motor in it

actually ROW means everywhere but the US. I don't know about Mexico but Canada got 'ROW' cars, ie: euro-spec.
