I am new to Pelican, but not Porsche's (been on another forum with the 993 for a while) and I know I will be asking a lot of questions this summer when the 73 gets back from the body shop and I start re-assembling it from the 20+ boxes patiently waiting in the dinning room. So, I thought I would offer a bribe; If anyone wants my copy of the Gold Plated Porsche, just send me a few $ to cover shipping and I'll send it to you. It's a great read for anyone who is into older Porsche's. First come first serve!

A great book written like he was your neighbor telling you a story over a few beers. Any Porsche fan would enjoy it.

Probably taking this way off topic here, but long a go I ran across this article by Steve, one of the funniest aviation stories I've read. Even if you aren't into flying, it's worth a read. I'd love to read the Gold-Plated Porsche sometime.
