There are several companies online - google them. I did that and ordered some recently but have not yet received them so can't give first hand account of quality. Price was good.

i use these guys Decal Zone whomever you choose the site ive attached has software that allows you to try different things out and see an image of what you design. this way you can try different fonts or size ratios of things, very cool to play around with..
some of the work i had made. i got a roll of the white color 4" wide and did the mimic of the #23 917 factory racer streamers off the head lamps myself. more time than money here..
