The Wooden Spoon was only 10 minutes from our shop!

Saw your car but had no idea what you look like! We didn't enter any cars in the show but all of the other air-cooled 911s in your row were clients of ours!

Good for you...always was sad driving through Stelvio in the winter knowing how great/fun it was in the summer months!

But......having those roads to myself was fantastic. Stopping at a cafe having a snack and then right back up to them.

Miss the Alps, driving and riding my motorcycle...

I removed 5 lbs of 1990's Viper alarm system from my SC over the last two days...

... not pictured are the two power-lock linear actuators I pulled out of the doors.

Good riddance.

I love me some LEDs, but wanted to stay mostly stock, and didn't see anything that made me feel good in LED

Changing out all the other bulbs as well.. few are back ordered, but should have all new exterior bulbs soon. It's not a big deal, but everything is *so* much brighter

Got ready for a wheel alignment. Ride heist, tire pressure, and 3/4 tank for a 4 wheel alignment.

Pulled the non Porsche engine to reunite her with a 911 engine. Third time doing it, only took about four hours. Glad I didn’t put it off to watch Penn St v SMU.

Anyone know what a Porsche 930 SBH transaxle with factory LSD is going for these days?

Found some pretty rare Cibie Oscar Competition fog lights and installed them to complete my lighting set-up because the Pallas hood lights were not enough... Plant to remove the OEM fogs and valance with a fog light delete valance at some point.

Adjusted the brake pedal down, so I didn’t have to lift my foot back and then down on the brake pedal. First of many tasks on my new to me 911.

Last week had some professional photo/video done - dude put together a fantastic instagram reel while we out in the fog... Pelican even shared it on their feed....
https://www.instagram.com/p/DDzyhvuy-ju/

Then today we got caught out in the Rain for the first time... was out for a drive, thought we were going to make it back before the rain started - we were wrong.

Good news is the wipers work pretty well. Intermittent switch even works.

Was a full time job to keep tweaking with the defrost to keep the windows defogged....

Rinsed the road grime off before bringing the car into the garage, blew it off with the leaf blower, gave it a quick rub down with some waterless wash and dried it really well. Only place probably still wet are the wheel wells/undercarriage... not much I can do about that in my garage.

Beautiful video. How much does something like that cost?

This particular one was free He contacted me... The photographer is the social media guy for the 2 local Porsche dealerships, the local Porsche race team and a few other things.... He reached out and wanted to shoot some content of my car. Who was I to say no

He mentioned that a shoot like that would have run ~$500 to hire him for it.
