928 sleeve removal?
ok guys tried this moring to remove 928 sleeve very difficult basiclly what happened is i got the top half of sleeve off but the rest is still in the steering colum/between bearing and shaft, so my ? is can i maybe drive the rest down with a small punch or maybe a really small drill . idont know i open for any suggestions thanks for all the help with trying situation oh ya the sleeve is now flush with bearing surface no way to grab it!!

The amount of width/surface area that the bearing covers on the shaft is rather small. Get a stiff tool like a drill bit or similar to tap the sleeve remnants further down the shaft and you should be fine. I suspect you're making the switch to the Mitch Leland bushing?
