I contacted Ed when he was developing the shifter and after a few emails I sent my 915 shifter with the factory short shift kit for him to build one. To say I was impressed is an understatement. It now is a crisp shifting unit, no floppy neutral and has a very defined gate. Even the 4-3 downshift has improved, most of that is me still getting used to it. I had a `88 with a G50 so after shifting the stock 915 shifter this kit works great. Ed goes out of his way to answer any questions and if you send the whole shifter he will install it in his car and tune it before shipping - plug and play. It`s been a month or so and still working as I received it. Can`t beat the price. I like it!
