Emergency Brake Retaining Bolt Torque Specs

Hey Guys,

I am in the process of rebuilding the emergency brakes on my 88 911 Carrera Cab. I am at the point where I am torquing the 4 bolts that hold the emergency brake cover to the control arm and I am in need of the torque specs. Also should I use some type of never seize solvent before torquing down or is this excessive?
