I would compare the two closely, however you've seen one you've seen um all. Your first 911 on the other hand....It was certainly one of the BIG deals in my life along with my 3 Children.
I will get some more pictures up this evening. Just joined the PCA in the maverick region, excited about that and about to place my first pelican order. What are some of the good independent shops in the DFW, so far ive spoken with RAC Performance only, nice guys but im not sure how much inventory they have as I only looked at some cars for sale and didnt see a service building |

Thank you gentlemen. Also I'm ordering a small inventory of parts and the fuel filter part number is 905 016, however with pelican I see for my car 1980 905 021. Are either or both acceptable or is one better to use then the other? Looks like the 016 is for the 77. Also if im going in with shifter bushing shall I do anything else while im in there. If im out of line by asking these questions in this thread just let me know. I have alot to learn about 911s and alot to learn about pelican....Man if only I had wanted to learn this much with my education I'd prly had made it to the moon by now. Thanks alot

Reading your story Blake brings me back to 9 years ago when I had bought my car. I was so excited because after 20 some years, my goal had finally been reached when I got my car. I'm really happy for you. You will have some good days with the car and some bad but the smile you get never goes away as soon as you are driving your car. Just be careful because the sickness only gets worse from this point on.
