Door click while driving, 84 carrera

Lately my drivers side door has developed a bit of a clicking noise while driving over an uneven bit of road or a hump.. I cant really work out where the clicking is coming from. The door seems to open/close fine

Any thoughts?

My driver's door (79 SC) developed a click on bumpy roads when the hinge bushings were starting to get worn and developed some play. New bushings solved the issue.
