Help identifying brakes
I recently purchased a vehicle where the previous owner did a 993 big brake upgrade and he gave me several boxes of parts. In one of the boxes was a set of brakes (calipers, rotors and pads) which I believe came off an older Porsche. I have been trying to figure out what I have and could use some help. The calipers are two piston and have bar pins for the pads to sit on. They look a little like rear 930's except the ports are different. They don't say Porsche on them but ATE. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

front calipers are S 911 69-77 and you should find parts number on your front rotor

Yes, those look like 911 S calipers.
I'm not sure if there was a difference for vented rotors vs. solid (with the S cars). Vern |
