It's a disease -
The first symptoms of the disease appear to be a hobby - I bought a Targa to have a classic to ride on nice weekends. As the disease spreads, the sickness appears - I buy a second 911 to have a daily driver. Then the disease becomes a terminal condition - every other vehicle you get in has the key on the wrong side, and handles like riding in a boat. Mike

If you think you have a disease, Try a 930. Full blown condition ensues.

Ahhhh, Mr. J(anus) Raw makes an appearance to pontificate on a subject for which he is intimately familiar. Mr. Motor Meister, sir, do you have more or less time on your hands following the recent hits your business has sustained?

^^^^ Your retort is foolish, weak, and lacking in creativity (familiar ground for you) - try again.

I created this thread late one night thinking about all the Porsches, parts, pic and time I have spent since I was a little boy on Porsches. Porsche Porn my wife calls it. The thread was meant to be humorous, a bit serious etc. However, it wasn't meant to go into discussing anyone's business, business ethics etc. so please keep that out.

Passion, for me. And, like many passions, not entirely logical.
I happen to have more or less permanent custody of my daughter's gorgeous 1996 BMW M3. The car is awesome--great handling, incredible engine, super brakes, looks good. Superior to the 911 in every way, right? Then I get out of the BMW and get into my 1987 911. Ahhh . . . bliss. Don't have a clue why, after owning multiple 911's for the past 30 years, I still get goosebumps. Terry |

Well I'm still calling it a hobby, but this forum is giving me a sickness, as I begin to think about getting a 70's coupe to redo.....

It's just too damned balanced. It lacks something big the 911 has.
