I really like this picture of my car. Never thought that I would come this far. Very happy with the result.

Nicely done! Suggestion, get an IROC tail and use Vitaloni mirrors, they don't function as well but look better than the bat-ears flag mirrors. I use convex mirrors in mine and they are ok. I have a set of Cibie hood lights but haven't gotten the courage yet to drill the hood.

I know the feeling about drilling in the hood, but it isn't a long hood, lots of replacement hoods out there

That original Carrera tail is worth a lot of money, hold onto it regardless.

Very nice!
With the recent jump in pieces and the "do not modify" fear mongering I was afraid that we would never get to see another build like this. Well done!

Car looks incredible, what a transformation! I agree on replacing the flag mirrors, I used to be a big fan of them but not so much anymore. I'm thinking of RUF D-cups on mine, but I don't know how appropriate they'd look on your car.

Yes, the flag mirrors have to go. Coming winter I will exchange them for a period correct one. I also will close the filler door in the wing as it has a central filler under the hood.
So still a lot things to improve but I'm very happy with the result so far.

Car looks awesome! The IROC look is quickly becoming my fav look on classic 911's.
