87 Carrera leak down and oil consumption

New to the forum looking to purchase a 3.2 Carrera. Currently looking at an 87 with 214,400 miles and good service records, had top end ~100k miles ago. The current owner is seeing oil consumption of 1 qt per 450-500 miles. The following are the compression and leak down results.

1)100/96 4% 180 psi
2)100/89 11% 182.5psi
3)100/94 6% 185 psi
4)100/96 4% 185psi
5)100/97 3% 175psi
6)100/95 5%177.5 psi

From what I've read this indicates the need for at least a top end in the very near future...but I wanted to confirm this with those more knowledgeable on the subject.

Thanks!
