Barn find 77 3.0 Euro Carrera

After selling my 71 911e last month. I Just started on a 77 3.0 white with black int. 120 Kms. Has not ran since 97. Its clean, No paint work that I can find, and unmolested other than the wheels I think. I would love to get my hands on the true stock set up for this car if any one knows what it is?

By stock set-up, you mean what, exactly?

I just got my COA back from Porsche. Found out I had Limited slip and Sport Shocks. The original tag under the front boot did not list any items. Had a few more.
Try a CA. Might help.

Probably original with 15" fuchs, either 6 & 7, or maybe 7 & 8. Tires would have been 185/70-15 on front, 215/60-15 rear, generally Dunlop or Pirelli.

+1 although the sport pack in '77 could also be had with 16'' Fuchs. The standard but lesser chosen wheel for C3s were in fact the ATS cookie cutters. So you can pretty much stick any of the above on and be 'correct.'

Nice find! They are awesome cars.

If the question is about the original wheels, it could have had:

6x15 and 7x15 cookie cutters
7x15 and 8x15 Fuchs
6x16 and 7x16 Fuchs

I am quite certain the 3.0 Carrera's had 15x7 and 15x8 fuchs as standard

That may have been true in certain markets, as it was up to the importer to define what was standard and what was optional on cars supplied to their market.

Nonetheless, the base wheel in 1977 was the cookie cutter and photographs exist of cars equipped with these, in brochures from 1977.

Thank you all for the input. I would like to find out what this car was ordered with so maybe a COA is my next step. Also I am in desperate need of wiring as the mice had there way with this car.

Your best bet on the wiring is to buy used harnesses. Try to find some from another '77, as there will be differences in earlier and later years. You'll also want a set of factory wiring diagrams. They are far better than the aftermarket versions and be aware that you'll really want something from that year.
