Any reason the rear bumper and side markers aren't coming off?
I am getting near the end of my project... and let me tell you, I never thought it would take two years to get where I am today.

Don't want to high-jack this thread...
I have lots of pics on the board... Let me know if you want to see anything specific. I'm doing stripped down hot rod. Loud and light! My paint is in sad shape, but I guess people are calling that "patina". So I'm going to live with it for a while. I also have an extensive parts tracking spreadsheet if you are interested.

This has been truly frustrating dealing with the paint shop. After months of the runaround I finally had to remove the Porsche from there. There was a lot of complaints about not meeting the deadline and just being unresponsive on their facebook page. So everyone who had their car at the shop pulled their cars and went somewhere else. So I made a trip to the shop and of course no one was there. Someone had already cut the lock on the fence. So I went to the door and it was locked so I jimmied the door lock in order to get in and saw that my car and 3 others where the only ones there. So I called the the shop owner and yep not answer. I sent him a text message to let him know that he had my car for 4 months and I didn't seen any progress on it and that I would be their this weekend to remove the car. So that weekend on Sat the owner was there to let me and the tow truck in to remove my car. He then lets me know that all his staff quit on him and he lost the lease on the building. I asked him when was he going to let me know that? He just stood there looking dumb. I was ready to beat his ass right then... It took all every ounce of energy to restrain myself and just leave with the car. So right now I have the car at home in the garage all apart and trying to figure out what to do next.

Current state of the Porsche. Tying to find someone to repair some rust and get this car back together the way she should be.

Thats the problem with build threads. A person can scan through an entire build in minutes and think that a quick project is totally doable, when in reality, those threads took over two years to document.
