After market oil cooler?

Anyone have any ideas what this bar is?

I would like to replace or repaint if I can't get a replacement for this part as it is rusty and has a dent.

It's a nerf bar to protect the AC condenser, it bolts right off an you can blast/refinish it. It's thick as hell so I doubt it would need to be replaced.

Chin spoiler also covers it right up.

... which you should have to complement your rear spoiler, for aesthetics and aerodynamics.

+1

At speed (100mph and over) the set makes a nice difference. A few hundred pounds of lift reduced.

If you just putt around the imbalance should not be an issue.

If you do decide to remove and re-paint, which I did, here are a couple of pointers for what it's worth...in addition to the two bolts under the car, there is a nut you need to access from the luggage compartment and remove to get this bar off. When I did get mine off, I initially tried bead blasting with limited success, as the coating was very thick similar to a spray on bed liner. Have a grinder ready to get this off. Then you can bead blast and coat per your liking.
