Show Me Your "Interesting" Fuchs Wheel Finishes

Hi all,

I'm curious to see some of the finishes people have come up with for their Fuchs. Things I'm interested in: Greys, RSR-type wheels that aren't black and bead blasted, and any curious treatments.

For example...an RSR in Grey, with a darker grey paddle, or something.

Things I'm not interested in: All black. Black and silver. Stock RSR finish. I've seen all those.

Just trying to narrow some finish options here.

Thanks!

Michael

I like this a lot. My car is all black. I'm imagining this finish for my wheels, a JoBob bronze Porsche rocker stripe and remove the rockers.

Love it! I have the classic fuchs on a chiffon white car which looks pretty good, but other than the wheels there isn't any other brushed metal or chrome on the car. All the trim is black, so they do look a little out of place. All black wheels, just looks too black. I though gold would look cool, it is ok, but this is definitely better.
How did you do these?

16x7 Fuchs converted to 17x8 widebody offset (front) by TruDesign wheels.

The centers were painted with Rustoleum Bright Silver. No clearcoat.

Unfortunately, this shop closed a few months ago. Too bad, as Jim did outstanding work.

Did you paint the black over the gold platidip? Is the black pd or regular paint? Looks nice and a great option if you want to keep your existing finish.

I couldn't find it locally and ordered it online from either Amazon or dipyourcar.com. I can't remember which.

Thanks. The black is the regular euromeister finish. I just masked and laid down a heavy coat of the gold. It was a real PITA, though, as the masking tape has to be peeled off while the plastidip is still wet. I hadn't seen wheels done this way before, so it's a good non-permanent visual. The plan is to have the wheels painted for real at some point.
