tiptronic question
Just received an alloy tiptronic shift knob for my 993.I thought that i could just unscrew the button on the old unit and the knob would slide off.No dice.It feels like its glued on.Am i missing something?thanks

Gee pwd72s, that response was unusually rude to a new member...

RLS,
Not sure about the newer car, but on the 72 and 85 I've dealt with the knob has been a press-fit and required a pretty tough tug to pull off. Don't mind pwd, he hates everybody. Cheers |
Thanks dtw. that worked.
