Need help with 930 ID number

Hello guys,

I'm about to purchase my first 930 Porsche with a 3.3 engine. Unfortunately, when I review the photo of the 1986 3.3 liter engine it clearly indicate the following number: 6401337. I was assuming the number should had shown 68GXXXX.
Can your guys assist in identifying the correct set of number.

Thanks inadvance

Porsche lists 1986 Turbo engine numbers starting with 67G or 68G and 640xxxx as a 1980 3.0 SC motor number.

86 Turbo engines are either 68G for US turbos and 67G for ROW. As mentioned above 6401337 is an 80īs SC.
