Agree there needs to be some contrast via either black accents or the traditional "bare" metal finish on the outer rim.

Nonetheless I dig the copper color for wheel color in general. It's a nice change from the overdone gold

I saw that episode. Their builds are so nice it's a crime to drive them, which is a crime in and of itself since one of the biggest joys of cars is driving them!

I like it. Agree we need more brassy. Not sure if I would do 100% I always like a polished rim (this can sound bad...)

I like it. Adding some black also looks good but either way looks good.

garrett490 I think I'm gonna mooch your style. I've been wanting to do something like the green car I posted but a) the masking looks too hard and I'm lazy and b) the darker bronze is growing on me.

Interesting. I really like them on a dark, muted-color car. I was contemplating something similar for my black coupe, but I had those Group 4 Campagnolos in mind (though I prefer the darker bronze to the gold in the image below).

+1 and love those wheels.

Thinking of antique gold for my Linea Corsa Fuchers

I made up some bronze wheels for my Schwartz Metallic and love them. Have a look. Just bought 8" for the rear so the 6's will be coming up for sale soon if anyone interested.

Another shot, a little closer, mounted. Like OP, added the ruf bumper after pulling the rockers - lines just flow nicer.
