VIDEO Review of the BISIMOTO PULSE CHAMBER EXHAUST on my Carrera 3.2

Made short video review of my newly installed Bisimoto Pulse chamber exhaust. I've read some other reviews and they make it seem like the exhaust is loud but not too loud. I'll have to disagree, it's very LOUD but sounds wonderful.

Super helpful review. Thanks for taking the time for making this and sharing it. I really want to see your update after the noise-reduction mod is completed. Thanks again.

Would have been nice to hear more of the sound from outside the car....

Is this basically a muffler delete with an extended pipe to eliminate drone?

That was informative. Quite a bit too intrusive for me.

I think there's more to it then that. I'm sure Bisi will chime in, but it has a resonated section in it as well.

^Funny, I was thinking the opposite: how nice it was to hear an aftermarket exhaust from the inside for once, since most videos are from the outside and I care more about how it sounds driving it than standing outside.

Thanks for the review, Kevin! I sure like this piece, I just wish it was a smaller diameter, but I know it's been designed for a purpose.

Kevin, Nice Youtube Post.

What type of set up do you have on the airbox? Cone, OEM or OEM Cut Out Cover?

Thanks for the kind words Bleedsblue! Tip is definitely a bit wide giving a bit of a import style

Oh good, because with none stock she would be louder. Is your engine sound pad still intact?

Thanks a million for the review.

I have been wavering on this purchase for a month (emailed Bisimoto last week for availability). Love the size, weight and tone- but the sound level really has me on the fence. I am 48. I really want a louder, more aggressive exhaust note (using a single in), but I don't want to be overly obnoxious.

Uffdah - just not sure what to do.....

Either way, thanks again!

I also just realized you said "completely stock", meaning cat is still in place as well? So on my car w/o cat it would be even louder... probably too loud. Even if I managed to shoehorn in that super wide tip.

In my case there was no way to fit the ridiculously wide tip into the cutout. Have to cut and weld to make it fit. Stock car with stock exhaust. Very disappointing experience. Walk away

I will try but no easy fix

Took a quick look at the video.
Compared to my SSI + M&K + cup airfilter, this doesn't sound that loud.
My car is a bunch louder in the cabine than this.
No way I can record a video and be heard, like this...
On the outside, it sounds like you're in a friggin' thunderstorm...

I'm almost tempted to record a comparison vid to show the difference.
