Porsche "Campaign Code
I have a 1979 Porsche SC. It has a sticker in the trunk next to the VIN. The sticker says the following (see picture):
Porsche Campaign Code JD Complete Dist/Dealer 409 d06 9119200 "Do not remove" Anyone know what this means? |

The Campaign Code is for a recall, but I have not found out the nature of the JD code recall.

Agreed - you may be able to query the PNA site with the VIN, but it may pre-date some of the more contemporary records.
