911R Deep 7 Wheel by Group 4 Wheels

Hi All,

Just thought I'd give you guy's a peek at our next wheel (whilst the PAG-16 series is being put together).

As the title says...911R Deep 7 Wheel. As with all our wheels, it will be low pressure die cast aluminium, guaranteed for road/rally or circuit applications.

Wheels will be available in primer, various single colours and with the option of the dish being diamond cut.

Price will be around £300 each.

Let me know your thoughts.

Regards

Jonathan

I believe the originals were 15" wheels. Will these be 15s or 16s and will any be available in the original deep 6 finish (silver annodized style petals with black inserts)?

Hi,

These wheels would be 15's. Low pressure die casting uses LM9 aluminium and this cannot be anodised, this is why one of the finish options is primer so the customer can finish the wheel to their own preferred choice.

I like the deep 6 design but it's kinda limiting to have only one width and diameter....

Hi Joe,

This was the original 911R rear wheel, we were thinking about doing the deep 6 to make a matching set...but it's the 7 that's rare.

What would you like to see?

I think it would need to be outwardly indistinguishable from a deep six in order to see much demand.
911s with one pair of real Fuchs and one pair of obvious Fakes are tacky.

We're working from an original deep 6, so yes it will be identical. May consider doing the 6 as well.

I agree that I'd like to see a full set. I think for many, it'd be an easier sell than to have to get two real Fuchs refinished to appear the same as these replicas. Not casting any stones, just would feel more comfortable to know all looked alike going into purchase.

I agree with making the complete set 6's and 7's.

When are these due I could use them yesterday?
