Help with Targa Bar coat hook location

I just finished recovering my Targa bar and was in the process of putting it back together, when I realized I don't know exactly where the coat hooks go. I know the general location, but can't feel where to start the screw. Would someone be willing to measure the location for me, so I can reduce the risk of having to rewrap the Targa bar again?

Good news it that you aren't the first one!! I actually just left mine covered.

But there is link in this set of posts to a photo will give you a good idea of where the holes are.
