Seat rail problem

I noticed my driver seat had a lot of play left to right and after removing it it looks like the problem is with the left rail attached to the seat.

The rleft with the handle is super tight but the right just has a lot of play. It is firmly connected to the seat so it’s not the bolts.
The problem might be with the bearings being worn giving too much play.

Is this typical problem and is it fixable?

I couldn’t find this part alone for sale by doing quick search.

Thank you.

I don’t see how a spacer or washer will fix the rail that is moving around the bearings.
Both rails are solid and firmly attached to the seat and the floor, the one moving is the bottom portion from the seat rail.

I will try to make video.

loose seat

Try this , lift whole seat above a good metal vise, start at one end
put about a quarter of your strength while tight ing, while moving
seat along the entire length of rail, this may get rid of the loose play
in the seat rail and bearings,as over time, the rail metal has widened.
Or do opposite take a vise to your upside down seat and do the same.
