That's for sure. I've used Zelle to send money and it seems to work great. It has no protections like Paypal - it's a simple money transfer - but it works well and there are no fees. Just make sure you are sending it to the right place.

Rommy, just heard from Paypal that they got your notification. They still have not released funds, but that's on them. Thank you.

This seems to be a new Paypal policy ostensibly to protect buyers, but what it does in actuality is give Paypal a longer "float."
