Just installed mine yesterday. Wow, what a difference. Really redirects that fresh air where it needs to go. Thanks.

I just got the left one installed and I’m (no pun intended) blown away at how much air this redirects. Where was all this coming from before? I don’t remember feeling much of anything on my feet, even with flip flops. Outstanding product.

Order placed for a single unit on the drivers side of my A/C delete 84' Carrera. HVAC duct switch already made which redirects passenger side fresh air (foot and windshield vents) through the central upper dash A/C vent. This should be really nice now with fresh air capability directed towards the driver from below and up top! It's also nice that the 84' A/C upper vent can split the air flow towards the driver and/or the passenger - blows a nice stream of fresh air with the interior fan blowing and very controllable during cooler weather conditions!

I received mine in the mail yesterday. They look fantastic. Really interested in the possible bow-tie replacement for our 78 SC if that comes to pass.

Nice to see you’re on the ball. Called and left a message a few weeks back to say thanks for this.

Installed my driver’s side unit, and I must say, it’s an awesome addition.
Question: does the passenger unit blow somewhat up and to the right? I’ve noticed that the drivers side blows upwards and slightly to the left. The reason why I ask is... Can the driver feel the passenger side air if there’s no passenger? |

Just ordered a pair for the SC. Looking forward to actual and useful airflow from the fresh air system. Will be nice on our coming crisp but sunny autumn days to have cool air with no A/C running and without the windows down.

I had to give up trying to install the unit on the passenger's side as it points directly to the hot air hose that feeds the side vent.
There's insufficient room above the unit for the hose and hanging the hose below the unit makes it unsightly, so that's out of the question. Has anyone else had this problem with the installation? mine is an 83 sc. I also had a problem where the unit will not fit without grinding a fair amount away on the back side so as to have any clearance against the fire wall or upper floor board or however you refer to it. Has anyone had this problem? thanks |

I installed both driver and passenger side units a couple of days ago. I installed them on a 78 SC and to answer "hughc" question, I did not have a problem fitting the passenger unit on, but they are exact on that side with little to no wiggle room. As far as the vent hose goes, on my car there is actually just enough space were the air flows thru.

Time Collector,
What? Don’t understand your point. Does the passenger side impact the driver side or not for you car? For me it cools the entire interior far better than the stock 911 deflectors. Scott
