I think one just sold on BAT today, not complete but case, crank and other main parts... looks like the final bid was $5500... engine #907907 FYI

There's been one advertised on Bay Area CraigsList for sometime - as in years. Priced at eye-watering levels, but who knows, the seller may actually be open to offers. FYI.

solex eng
I have a complete solex eng but its a 1965, missing some eng sheetmetal and exhaust. Will sell but my price would also be "eye watering"
If the pelican world has front engine sheet metal, the one that clears the fuel pumps, I'm interested. Also if someone has the super early exhaust, not regular heat exchangers, I'm also interested |

901/05 available
S/N 909451. Period correct for 66/67.
You'd be hard pressed to find one in better condition than this one. 50K miles on motor and recent refresh with carbs rebuilt, too. Chain tensioners upgraded.
