Don't the MFI units need a connection on the left side to convey heat to the MFI thermostat?

They came off my 2.7 with carburetors. Mark is correct. No outlet tube for hose that goes to MFI.

Yes, they will fit. Probably would have to check stud length for threads. I had thick flange before I purchased these. What I did was put new studs .
