Correct 914/6 Webers

Very RARE Italian 914/6 Weber 40 IDTP13C and 13C1 Carbs
Unlike the "conventional" 40 IDA Webers, these are the original factory equipped Weber version for a 914-6.
There are lots of 40 IDAs out there and my guess is that there may even be 914/6s that have "unknowingly", or "unscrupulously" lost their proper carbs over the years. I am offering these carbs for sale for that 914/6 owner that is looking to have his car as it left the factory. I am thinking concourse candidate. There is probably nothing wrong with having IDAs on a 914/6 but someone that knows these cars may point out incorrect parts at some point in time. This could be the icing on the cake if everything else is proper.
These carbs are in nice shape as you can see from the photos. 30 Chokes, 130 mains, 55 idle, F26 tubes and 180 air. The throttle shafts feel nice and tight but I am not an expert.
You may want to box these up and keep them handy should the time come when you or a potential buyer wants ALL correct parts which would certainly add value to your 914/6. No velocity stacks or manifolds.
$3,500 buyer pays shipping.

The IDTs run better with 28 chokes. The IDAs work well with 30s and above.

These were on my stock 2.0 ltr. 914/6 and worked perfectly with 30's. I also have a set of 27's that I would be happy to include with the sale.

If you have a 914/6 or a small displacement 911 and have been checking out these very rare Webers, lets talk. I'll do my best to work with you on $$$.
