Why are users with zero posts allowed to send PM. This would virtually eliminate this type of fraud. Every single WTB ad I post I get at least 4 or 5 scammers all with 0 post count.

I responded to you two days ago, letting you know i was going to look into where your package was. Considering you are over seas and didn't have tracked shipping its not exactly my fault your package isn't getting to you, but i have kindly offered to refund you after going through all the loops i can to find where your package may have ended up and i havent refunded you because i am still trying as it is not easy to get ahold of shipping companies that are backed up due to staff shortage and even harder when there is NO TRACKING.

That is very contrary to my experience with RetroWerks who are very responsive to dialogues (mail) and getting me the products I order...but in todays world, mail is not exactly running at peak efficiency, especially crossing oceans, I had a package from Australia that usually takes 6 days took 30...
