Welcome! I would recommend a Sprinter van if you just sold your house. A 911 is going to be too small to live inside.

I don't see the scam... before I bought my first Porsche I put a wtb ad on Craig's list which said "Wanted: Old Porsche 911 1980 -1989 in any condition, running or not - will pay cash" which led to the purchase of my 911 turbo.
I didn't know Pelican existed before this in 2014.
