WTB or WTT: 2.7 Engine Case
Looking for some help from my fellow Pelicans!
My son (SBell) already has a WTB post but I figured I'd reach out as well... He took a year off from college due to Covid and has been working and saving his money to build a 911 engine and then hopefully find a chassis to put it in. He found what appeared to be a good deal on a 2.7 core but like these projects often go it's been full of surprises. He discovered, after cleaning up the case, that it has a spun bearing. His "budget" engine build is getting really expensive. After talking with Ollies it's looking like the case will need more work than he can afford. So... I'm hoping someone has a good 2.7 case collecting dust that wont break the bank. I've got some stuff I can trade to help him out or if you've been thinking of some custom gauges this is the time. Get rid of that old case taking up space and put some fresh gauges in your car. Any help or leads would be appreciated. We're trying to find something so he can make some progress before returning to school in the fall.

I have a few 7R's. I really could use a AFR gauge combo.Your gauge's look great John. I will check the case's and see what kind of condition there in.

Hey Mark... Hope all is well. Let us know what you have and when you're ready for an AFR gauge. Cheers

If someone local has a 2.7 long block I'd entertain that as well. Just want to find a case to get my son's project going again.
