Colgan front end bra
I bought this for a 911SC, should be usable on any G-body 911 including the turbos, up through 1989. Has holes for cars that have fog lights and headlight washers. Will work on cars with a front spoiler lip, as mine had. Tested to speeds that I will not mention here.
Good condition, clean inside, never used once in the rain, only used on the occasional highway trip. The plastic panels over the turn signal lights are still nice and clear, not yellowed. No rips, tears, missing/defective hooks or other problems. The absolutely only way to keep rock chips off of the front of a 911. Colgan was the best quality bra you could buy in those days, made in the USA. I suspect they probably made the bras that Porsche sold through Porsche cars North America in the 1980s. Colgan is still in business, I don’t think they make bras anymore for vintage 911s. Asking for any reasonable offer, plus shipping from Dallas, Texas. Last one of these I sold, it sold for $100, but I haven’t had any takers on this one yet.

The back side of this piece is clean and lined in soft felt. All of the hooks are also vinyl coated and cushioned with the same felt on the inside. The tabs/straps on the bottom are moldable to the shape of the bottom of the valance (or the lip spoiler) and also lined with the felt. I’m amazed at how many people have viewed this post, without any interest in actually buying the bra.
Although, in fairness, my 928 cargo net has gotten 459 views without a sale, so you 911 guys are slacking a bit. Off to eBay we go. |
