I don't believe so, the proper one has stamped ribs and is wider.

Bill,

I have a really nice one that was powder coated that does not fit my 76 motor. I started to research what it fits in the PET but did not keep the info I found. If it will fit your application I would certainly sell it to you. What's the best way to determine if it's what you need? I can upload some picks when I get home. It is different than the one above for sure.

Bill,

Here are some pictures of what I have. When I hold it up to my 76 3.0 Turbo motor the driver side top bolt does not line up but the other three do if that helps. I am quite sure it fits an 84-89 3.2L. Maybe its NOS but I think back then they were painted. This really looks like it was powder coated. There is no parts tag on it though.
