This is what the rear lid condenser looks like. The fitting openings are threaded without a cone shaped end
 1984-1989 application

years ago, I bought one of these, their support was great (they shipped the wrong one, first), product has performed well in two cars, no complaints....it's been keeping me cool for more than 10 years.
