WTB: SC CIS boot, elbow, hose, restrictor

I need a rubber CIS air boot for a '79 SC engine. It has the hose inlet on the back, which connects to an elbow, a hose, a restrictor device and the oil filler neck.

I need the boot and all the parts from there to the tube/neck.
