2.5 L Race Engine

1. Only 5 hours on this engine.
2. 10.5:1 compression ratio, new mahle pistons and cylinders
(rare) (moon cut for windage).
3. New carillo rods.
4. Ollies prepared race aluminum case, boatailed, polished, oil bypass mod., carrera oil pump, shuffle pinned.
5. Std/Std crank, lightened and knifedged.
6. Heads, ported, polished and dowl pinned.
7. 120/104 webb cam., new intake & exhaust valves.
8. EBS racing valve Springs and titanium retainers.
9. Custom exhaust made by Frank Beck ($2,500).
10. Lightened flywheel & centerforce clutch & pressure plate.
11. 911S yellow nomenclature plate distributor.
12. Intermediate shaft gears lightened.
This engine pulls easily up to 8,200 rpm's, it was in my race car for a couple of events. Over $25,000 invested.

What Class did you run in? I ask as I am interested in learning the different types of classes and this is a engine I like. Once I know what class this size is in, I will then learn which class a different size engine/upgrades (for example a 3.2 or a 3.4, or above)

I raced with VARA for 6 Years. This is a CP3 engine. I ran it in my Short Wheel based 911R Replica

I will install the oil cooler, Distrib, wires and intake manifold
tomorrow and post more pics! They're are also some mods that I did not mention, I just cant remember until I get more personnal w the engine.
