I have one to sell. It's in the fan housing still. Don't know what a fair price is, how about 150? It came on an engine I bought but and supposed to work but I haven't tested it. If it's bad I'll refund the money.

Ill replace the ext reg but I know that wasn't what was causing it fail. The rear dust cap detioorated and the rear bearing had waay too much play which resulted in my fan wobbling at any rpm higher than 2k and hitting the fan housing!
