I believe the 69' part.
NO its not electrical...note the cable inlet at bottom. All early ones are cable driven from transaxle, but this should provide info necessary to sell. Sadly I'm looking for a nice electric one. (sure there are elec connections for lighting)

Actually thats a 1970 gauge (dated 10/69) and is only correct for the 1970-73 cars . Its the first year of the push in larger diameter gauges. The earlier gauges will have rear studs on them.
