Yes!!, thanks Paul. This may take some time, but my R hinge project turned out nicely and everyone got what they wanted. So, we'll do another project, but this time I expect to have a continuous supply of these instruments. Not just a limited run like before.

Protractors

Did this project ever get finished?? If so milt/zeke can you let me know? Tried to pm you but it says you aren't taking PMs right now.....

You can always email me thru the profile, but, no, the project is stagnant.

I'm resurrecting this old thread because I'm going to sell off all my MFI related stuff. First of all, I need to find out if Paul (above) donated or sold me the last item. I need to hear from him. I sent him a PM but if anyone knows him, have him get in touch with me.

If I'm square with him, then I will sell all the protractors. I think I have 5 in all for the 2.0, 2.2 motors and the 2.4 motors as well. I'll be looking for 500.

I also have the adjustment tools and a Gunson. I'd take 650 for the whole lot. There may be a surprise or two included.

What prevented you from completing the project, Milt?

Thanks for trying Milt. Some projects just get to time consuming.

The plan was to silk screen the scale onto plastic. Then I learned that the protractors were used to set the linkage to about one half degree accuracy. I could not produce that accuracy from a practical standpoint using my design.
