whats the infaltable spare foam for? does it hold the tire in place or just sit on top of it? just curious b/c my sc doesnt have it.

Goes under the spare, you can see it in the photo of the spare. Only thing its good for is to keep down the rattling.

kellcats521 almost bought the wrong thing. I found that the motor mount cross arm had no threads in the ends. So I asked around and found out from John Walker that this is pre-SC. Why I have one I don't know but I changed the ad to remove the SC reference to those parts.

No problem thanks for cleaning out my garage. The bar by the way looks like its for a pre-78 car. Info I can find says that in 78 they started threading the ends.
