3.0 engine and 915 80,235 miles

[911Blast]

Just got in a low mileage 911 SC (another 1979) with 3.0 engine and 915 transmission.

Car drives now and very well. You could eat off this engine and there is no smoke or oil leaks whatsoever. Has sat 1 month and not one drop on floor or on bottom of engine.

I inspected the shift bushings and they have not been replaced or rebuilt, but tranny shifts like new - in other words, doesn't look like odometer rollback.

Another low mileage indicator is that the sun visors are stock and look new in the car. Engine compartment is pristine and unmolested whatsoever. Very, very clean.

Engine (with all associated parts, including CIS and anything reasonable) - $6,000

915 - $ 2,000

You can drive the car before purchase / pull. Prior owner has much documentation of Porsche dealership maintenance, including recent top end work thru service.

Where is the engine located.. Do you still have it.. Need it for a 77 transplant..
