I have one I would sell you. I will admit thought that it is not a concours level gauge. Just the numbers are not the crisp white that a new gauge would have. I will try and post a picture tomorrow.

I have an oil temp/press gage in excellent condition.

It has an un-numbered oil temp readout.

PM me if interested.

Thanks Tom, but that appears to be much newer than 1970.

How can this be a 73? Looks like a later styler from the 80's

I have one but I believe it has a 69 date code. If you think it'll work I'll get a pic in the morning.

I checked and I do not have oil press/temp gages with the silver button.

The picture I posted is of a later gage as some one has already pointed out.

Reference picture of a 1970 (this one's in poor condition, but I believe is "correct") gauge:

I think that gauge is for a sportomatic or European car , oil temp should read numerically

Yes, it looks to be a car originally built for the European market -- everything is in German and metric.
