2.4 T CIS Value Question
 

Does a working complete CIS from a 73.5 2.4T engine have any cash value? Cold/Warm starts well, idles well and I was able to enrichen away a lean cough noise in exhaust but we thought the fuel distributor may have needed a rebuild. Is this worth any money or should I just store it away for some unlikely future need? What do most people do?

i sold mine complete for $1k or $900... i don't remember

I would love to do the same. I have heard of things like $1k for my complete 2.4 engine so $1k for a CIS alone would be great. I think I would even be happy at $500 since if I don't sell it will probably rot away. Thanks for the reply.
