I have one more question. There seems to be a scuff on one of the tow hooks itself (on your picture on the right). Mine are all bent up (probably from a parking curb). I assume yours are strong enough to use for a flat bed tow. Meaning holding the weight of the car. Just want to make sure the structure of it is okay. Thanks

These are fine structurally. The scuff on the hook is an imperfection in the paint, I believe. They're already packed to go (for the previous "buyer") so I can't check for sure. But I will guarantee that there is no structural damage.
