Porsche Crest 911 Broken exhaust stud removal fixture.

$180.00+Shipping.
If you have an old 911 and you need to remove the exhaust studs you will more than likely need one of these tools. I made and used it this weekend to remove (drill out) 4 broken studs from a 2.7 while the engine was in the car. It worked perfectly. There are three interchangeable drill bushings allowing you to step up to the point where you can peel the stud threads out and leave the head undamaged. The side opposite the side you are drilling has an 8mm drill bushing and a bolt I found to work well. this will provide an accurate location along with the port stub. I am happy to give detailed instructions to whoever buys this as to the steps I took and what worked and what did not. It is set up for 2.7 heads with 35mm ports. If you want a different size for other ports I can make another centering stub for you for $40 Thanks for checking.
DGG

That is a very cool tool! Nice job, and a free bump to the top.

I believe it will work for a 3.3 turbo. The exhaust port centering stub may need to be changed but I would be able I do this for you if you sent the measurement. Dg
