How about a nice 86 fully assembled (never apart that I can tell) 915 for $1200, delivered to CT? If you want, I can pull it apart and freshen it up, for extra cost. Willing to take your 915 parts in trade. I have euro 4th and 5th if you want to reduce RPMs at cruising speeds. Lots of options. PM me if interested, we can discuss.

I hope to be at Summit, but it depends on how many guys sign up with Dan. I'm driving to Maine next week. What parts do you need for your tranny? I do have a case from a 79 (?), which I had re-machined to fix the bearing holes. Can't remember if I have the center case though, I can check if that is what you need. Forget about the 7/31, re-gear 3, 4 and 5
