Sorry about that!
We searched every Porsche related activity in So Cal to minimize the conflicts. We missed that one.
We are trying to run 2 per year. One now and one in the fall. Who do we talk to regarding R-Gruppe activities.

I have some parts that i wanted to sale. Can you tell me how it works. Is it like a parking lot, that you park and set up your parts for sale, or you have to get something to set it up?

It is an enclosed, paved parking lot behind Chambers Motorsports. You just show up and are assigned a space (or more if you need it) and lay out your parts. Very easy and informal. Most sellers are doing just as you are. Selling parts that have been in the garage for years.

More like < 5% of early 911 owners will be there. That leaves >95% available to go to this swap.

We lay out the spaces based on how many vendors pre-register and how many more we guess will show up w/o pre-registering. This is not a Mega Event like Dunkles. It has more than doubled at each of the last three and this is the first one without major So Cal conflicts (the R-Gruppe is the only one we have heard of). Previously we conflicted with a 914 meet, but still had multiple 914 vendors who reported great sales. One even sold a car and most of his parts. Another event was against Pomona and still drew a lot of local sellers. One guy was parting a 912 and sold almost everything from the car.

So, with only one conflict, it could be much larger.

Also, because it is free to buyers, we don't get any information. My SWAG guess is 50-100 vendors and 1000 attendees.
